Here comes the time change….

I feel the time change coming on. The amount of daylight is shrinking exponentially. Diet and exercise are they key for me to make it thru the winter. There are a number of things that are important, but exercise is the key. I will walking two miles per day. No refined sugar. Organic non GMO foods are alkalizing enviroment foods. Keeping track of the ph in the body. Adding lemon to my water is simple yet powerful as I awake on an empty stomach. more to come soon.
