I learned something from a lobster today

When a lobster outgrows it shell it becomes uncomfortable. It is only by being uncomfortable that It ultimately grows. Why this is important? There is no Lobster doctor to give the lobster valium or Percocet or an antidepressant for its pain. Only through the process of being confined and uncomfortable and depressed does the lobster cast off its Old Shell, and ultimately grows a new one. When a human being’s “shell” gets too confining many among us take a Valium or Percocet and never truly grow our own “newshell”. We as humans never give ourselves opportunity to use the confining shell of our Humanity as a catalyst to be thrust towards something better
